3. What happens after I submit an inquiry?

After you submit an inquiry:

  • Design Consultation: We review your requirements and provide digital mockups or samples.

  • Approval: You approve the design proof, which then triggers the production process.

  • Production & Delivery: Your custom order is then manufactured and delivered, with updates throughout the process.

4. What is the turnaround time for orders?

Standard production typically takes 2–4 weeks from final design approval, excluding shipping time. Rush orders may be accommodated at an additional cost. Specific turnaround times will be discussed during the design consultation.

5. Do you have minimum order requirements?

Yes. As a custom manufacturing service, we have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) that varies depending on the product. Details will be provided during your consultation. For instance, many orders are designed for team sets rather than individual pieces.

6. Can I modify my order after approval?

Once you approve the design proof or sample, any modifications may incur additional charges and cause delays. We strongly encourage you to review the design carefully during the consultation phase.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept several hassle-free payment methods, including:

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, orders are generally non-refundable once production begins. If the sample or proof does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately so that we can work on a suitable resolution.
